PREIT is also marketing a large portion of the interior of the mall to be used for office/life science space. ![]() PREIT is also currently appealing in court a previous zoning hearing board decision involving a larger apartment community on the same property. PREIT is currently seeking zoning relief to replace the long-vacant former IKEA office building on the property with 300 apartments. PREIT owns the vast majority of the mall property and Keystone owns a vacant office building adjacent to the mall.ĭuring the public forum, there would be a presentation on the “next generation” of the mall property and would include a question and answer session. ![]() During the August 7th meeting of Plymouth Township’s council, Council President Chris Manero stated that he and fellow board member Lynne Viscio had recently met with PREIT and Keystone Development + Investment about the future of the Plymouth Meeting Mall and the developers are willing to make a public presentation about the future of the mall. ![]()
